IHP is a non-profit volunteer association.
Sales made through the online shop are intended to support the association’s institutional activities, and all proceeds are allocated to IHP’s operations.

Service description
The IHP online shop allows the purchase of merchandising products and informational materials related to the association’s activities.
Each product is accurately described, with indications of price, main features, and shipping costs.

Prices and payments
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Payments may be made using the methods available on the website (such as credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
The order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.

Shipping and delivery
Products are shipped via express courier.
Any delays not attributable to IHP (force majeure, courier issues, etc.) cannot be considered grounds for liability on the part of the association.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the products, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent via e-mail to shop@horseprotection.it, indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser, unless the error or defect is attributable to IHP.

Defective or incorrect products
In the event of damaged products or items that do not match the order, the purchaser must contact IHP within 48 hours of receiving the package at shop@horseprotection.it.
IHP will replace or refund the product after verifying the issue.

Data collected during the purchase process is handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian privacy laws.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the sales contract, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence, as required by the Consumer Code.
