Refund policy
Our 14-Day Returns Policy
Once you receive an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at shop@horseprotection.it. Returns must be shipped to the following address: [via Casastrada 9, loc. Alberi, 50050 Montaione (FI), Italy].
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
